The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding our customers' warranties. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate customers on their warranty coverage and answer questions regarding their policies
  • Utilize conflict resolution skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate customer interactions effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices

  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment
