Job Summary We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our advertising group, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and promotion operations to drive business growth through data-informed insights. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting the development and execution of key initiatives in our advertising framework * Accumulating and analyzing data to inform critical business decisions * Driving yield optimization across our offsite network * Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and promotion operations to shape and support the development of product releases and operational cycles * Owning the creation and ongoing management of business and framework dashboards * Influencing data analysis and leveraging domain expertise to identify and address income-generating highlights and undertakings * Serving as the primary point of contact for all promotions groups to respond to complex questions that require a deep understanding of our production framework Responsibilities * Support the development and execution of key initiatives in our advertising framework * Accumulate and analyze data to inform critical business decisions * Drive yield optimization across our offsite network * Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and promotion operations to shape and support the development of product releases and operational cycles * Own the creation and ongoing management of business and framework dashboards * Influence data analysis and leverage domain expertise to identify and address income-generating highlights and undertakings * Serve as the primary point of contact for all promotions groups to respond to complex questions that require a deep understanding of our production framework Requirements * Professional education in a relevant field (e.g., software engineering, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, etc.) * 3+ years of relevant work experience * Prior experience with data visualization products (e.g., Tableau or equivalent toolsets) * Shown proficiency in SQL, and other data querying, data presentation, and ETL approaches and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow, Splunk, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Office 365) * Ability to independently take on an issue and determine the right steps to resolve it, identify possible courses of action, and present distilled results to a range of audiences from junior to C-level executives * Solid understanding of marketing and digital advertising * Client-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience * Comfort working in a matrixed organization and with large cross-functional teams * Position may require travel Nice to Have * Experience with search advertising and web-based business execution advertising (e.g., search ads (Google, Bing, etc.), social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), display (DSP, RTB trades) * Experience with publisher yield management * Past work with engineering groups building auction-based advertising frameworks Benefits * Competitive hourly rate of $32/hour * Flexible schedule to accommodate your needs * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education How to Apply If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a knack for building new products, we want to hear from you.
