Web3 Evangelist & Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role Type: Blockchain Authority / Brand Influencer / Technical Face of Company Location: 100% Remote (we will help you setup your home studio) Compensation: Commission + Annual Profit Sharing (Transitioning to Salary) Role Overview We are looking for a Real Web3 Expert who is ready to step out of the Discord servers and into the spotlight. You aren't just a spectator of the crypto space; you are someone who knows the protocol layer, understands smart contract security, and can actually architect the Web3 features you talk about. You are the "Voice of Authority" for our Web3 division. Your primary mission is to translate complex decentralized technologies into engaging, high-converting video content. You don't need to be a professional actor; you just need to look good, sound good, and be comfortable on camera.
Key Responsibilities
- The Face of the Web3 Funnel:
Record Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Facebook Ads, and "Thank You" page videos. You will demonstrate the power of decentralization and blockchain utility to build trust with technical and non-technical clients.
- Expert Content Collaboration:
Work with our copywriters to turn Web3 jargon into persuasive scripts. You provide the deep technical "how" (from gas optimization to tokenomics); they provide the "hook."
- "Editor-Friendly" Recording:
You will be trained on our specific recording workflow, allowing you to record in a way that makes it easy for our editors to remove bloopers and outtakes so you look like a polished Web3 visionary.
- Technical Advocacy:
Act as the primary personality for our Web3 category, proving that our company is led by actual builders who understand the code behind the chain. Requirements: Looking & Sounding the Part
- Since this is an influencer-style role, the quality of your output is vital.
- Screen Presence:
You must be comfortable speaking to a camera as if you are speaking to a peer or a CEO.
- Home Studio:
You must have a clean, professional background for filming.
- Technical Gear:
You must own (or be willing to acquire) a 4K camera (smartphone or DSLR), a podcast-grade microphone with a preamp/interface, and professional lighting.

Updated Qualifications: Subject Matter Expertise
- Senior-Level Web3 Authority:
You must possess a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development with a heavy specialization in Blockchain/Web3 . You are a "Super-Senior" who understands consensus mechanisms, dApp architecture, and digital asset frameworks.
- Builder DNA:
You can code or architect systems. You understand the technical landscape (Solidity, Rust, Ethereum/L2s, IPFS, etc.) and can speak to the reality of deploying on-chain, not just the speculative trends.
- "Stage-Ready" Knowledge:
You are a legitimate expert who could walk onto a keynote stage at a major conference (like Permissionless, EthCC, or Consensus) or guest on a top-tier tech podcast and speak fluently without a script.
- Public Advocacy Experience:
Preference is given to those who have previously engaged in public speaking, led webinars, or have a following in the developer community.
- Educational Translation:
You can take "decentralized" complexity and translate it into high-level, persuasive ROI-driven concepts for business owners and decision-makers. The Roadmap to Full-Time
- Immediate:
Earn Commissions on every sale generated by the Web3 funnels you star in, plus Annual Profit Sharing from the entire company's bottom line.
- Future:
Once your funnel hits established revenue milestones, you will receive an offer for a Base Salary (Full-Time or Part-Time). You keep the Profit Sharing; the commission is replaced by a salary.
