Key Responsibilities

As a customer support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities
  • Managing call center representatives and call performance
  • Performing call center follow-up and other call center duties
  • Preparing call center performance reports and reporting daily call center stats
  • Assisting with supporting call-center agents on escalated calls
  • Providing backup call center management and planning for call center technologies
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and resolving their issues
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information on every call
  • Defining inbound call readiness state and processing customer transactions in a call center environment
  • Maintaining call center database by recording call outcomes and disposition

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
