Senior Wealth Advisor (Onsite)

This role is not remote; candidates must be able to work onsite in our Grand Blanc or Troy Office. We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors for our Troy, MI and Grand Blanc, MI offices to support our rapidly expanding client base. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 – $200,000 (based on experience) Quarterly bonus plus additional annual bonuses: $30,000 – $150,000 Generous signing bonus: $20,000 No sales targets, no commissions, and no high‑pressure environment We focus on delivering exceptional client service, which naturally results in strong referral business and long-term relationships. Position Responsibilities Manage existing client relationships Develop new client relationships Understand and communicate client goals clearly Simplify complex financial concepts for clients Ensure the firm is meeting clients’ full range of financial needs Collaborate as a flexible, open‑minded team player Maintain excellent organisational and communication skills Note: This role is relationship‑focused, with no product sales and no quotas. A previous book of business or AUM is not required. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance or business emphasis desirable) Minimum three years’ experience in the investment/finance industry Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles Experience advising clients on: Retirement planning Asset allocation Estate planning Employee benefits Tax planning Insurance Industry designations preferred (or actively pursuing): CFP, CFA, CPA Experience with retirement planning software such as RightCapital or MoneyGuidePro preferred High energy, ambition, and strong desire to succeed Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
