The role involves executing quality control procedures, conducting edit checks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and improve operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain quality control procedures across multiple data workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Conduct edit checks against sales requests, validating that query criteria aligns with requested deliverables
  • Perform quality control reviews of job summaries, ensuring accuracy of filters, logic, and output expectations
  • Assist in quality checks of Transactions and Parcel acquisitions, validating completeness, accuracy, and proper integration into systems
  • Monitor data outputs and reports for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards
  • Identify patterns or trends in data issues and escalate findings with recommended solutions
  • Work closely with Programming and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
  • Develop a working understanding of internal systems, datasets (e.g., Transactions, Parcels), and data structures
  • Document quality control processes, validation steps, and recurring issues to improve consistency and repeatability

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability in meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with data tools or databases
