Research Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of Insights: Responsible for designing, managing, analyzing and delivering research insights, including visualization of research findings and insights through our proprietary dashboard, crosstabulations, and/or PowerPoint presentations

  • Business Development and Account Leadership: Partner with Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among clients while acting as the client’s primary research partner. This includes participation in client meetings/calls and presenting final deliverable to clients

  • Research Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer service. This includes reviewing research objectives, developing and communicating project objectives to operations and sales team members, overseeing project deliverables.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year Market Research experience serving in a client-facing capacity with responsibility for research direction preferred

  • Background in quantitative research and data analysis

Knowledge & Skill

  • Advanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients

  • Superior communication and presentation skills;

  • Highly motivated, self-directed and capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.

  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and working with tight deadline while maintaining a strong client service orientation

  • Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly (e.g., web / multi-media, multi-device)

  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools

  • Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SPSS a plus

The CAN base salary range for this position in is $46K-$56K CAD/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
