What You Will Do
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Champion: Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers.
- Technology Troubleshooter: Troubleshooting technical issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general questions from customers, providing solutions and expert advice to resolve their concerns.
- Highly Organized and Motivated: Working independently in a remote environment, you will be self-motivated and committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift, except for assigned breaks and lunch.
- Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, celebrating successes, and learning from each other's strengths and talents.

What Skills You Need

- Work from Home Requirements:
