As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing responsive, real-time support to our clients through live chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding our services. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide responsive, real-time support to clients through live chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and issues.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's offerings to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
  • Document and track client interactions to ensure issues are resolved and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Communicate with team members to address and escalate client issues as necessary.
  • Stay updated on new product features, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
  • Contribute to team performance by assisting with the organization of FAQs and best response practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools, with a strong understanding of their features and functionality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Desired Experience:

* Previous experience in customer support, particularly in live chat environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Familiarity with architecture and design concepts is an advantage but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills required to support our clients.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
