Job Description

As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Customer Systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web and cloud applications using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies

• Collaborate with business leaders and application owners to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
• Work with designers and project managers to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code that meets arenaflex's standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment
• Experience with data structures and algorithms, and ability to optimize code for performance
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
