We are seeking a Program Analyst.

Located in Arlington, VA, 100% Telework

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of program data
  • Analyze policies, procedures, operations, and program performance to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of program processes, policies, and procedures
  • Support efforts to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of SBIR/STTR programs
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as required to address emerging requirements and priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess either (1) a bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience analyzing policies, procedures, facts, data and operations OR (2) demonstrate at least eleven (11) years of experience, analyzing policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations.
  • Demonstrate at least two (2) years, within the past five (5) years, experience with DoD or other federal SBIR/STTR program policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations
  • US Citizenship required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated recent (within the past 5 years) significant (minimum 2 years) experience with Department of the Navy SBIR/STTR program policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to support technical formulation and execution of SBIR/STTR initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teammates and customers
