You will help bring advanced cybersecurity solutions to organizations worldwide and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities include

Sales Execution

  • Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature
  • Build, maintain and progress a robust and qualified sales pipeline
  • Lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT and business stakeholders
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Territory & Account Development

  • Develop and execute account and territory strategies across DACH region
  • Prospect and grow relationships within strategic target accounts and priority industries
  • Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders and Procurement teams
  • Represent DuoKey at relevant regional cybersecurity events, conferences and industry forums

Collaboration & Internal Contribution

  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts
  • Coordinate with SDRs to support outbound initiatives and meeting generation
  • Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools and playbooks
  • Share competitive and market insights to support positioning and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure or complex software)
  • Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Solid understanding of the DACH market and enterprise buying dynamics
  • Experience selling security, trust or compliance-related solutions
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance, pharma)

Your skill set

  • Comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences
  • Able to engage confidently with C-level, security and procurement stakeholders
  • Strong pipeline and CRM discipline (Hubspot)
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed

Languages

  • German: native or near-native – required
  • English: fluent – required
  • Swiss German and/or French: a plus

  • Clear, structured communicator and strong negotiator
  • Autonomous, reliable, and team-oriented in an international environment
