Product Owner (MBSE)
Saalex Solutions, a professional services company, is seeking a Product Owner (Model Based Systems Engineer) in Lexington Park, MD. The role involves developing and managing MBSE products to support NAVAIR Logistic data and systems, collaborating with engineering teams, and maintaining system models using Cameo.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MBSE products and initiatives that support modeling NAVAIR Logistic data and systems as they mature a digital twin of naval aviation
- Collaborate with other engineering teams in planning, design, and development of systems to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility
- Maintain system model in Cameo model-based systems engineering tool
- Participate in design working group and technical interchange meetings
- Other duties as assigned or required
Skills
- 1-3 years experience with systems engineering and the utilization of model-based systems and digital engineering processes, principles, techniques, and procedures
- Understanding of model-based systems engineering tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody, and/or other SysML modeling tools
- BS degree in Engineering, Math or relevant technical field is required
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc
