Complex Project Manager - ADM / Cloud Managed Services
CTG is seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) and Cloud Managed Services initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage large, cross-functional programs, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
Location: Remote Duration: 10 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ADM and cloud managed services programs
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and resources simultaneously
- Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level stakeholder communication
- Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Coordinate distributed teams across development, cloud, and operations
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Required Skills
- Strong background in ADM and Cloud Managed Services delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- 8+ years of IT project/program management experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale, complex technology programs
- Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
