Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional support to our clients, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. Primary Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading a team or managing projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Familiarity with financial health technology and data analysis
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
