The US Oncology Network is looking for Program Manager to join our team at Texas Oncology . This position will be a Remote position and will support the Contact Center for all of Texas . (including but not limited to): The Program Manager drives effective portfolio governance to ensure strategic alignment, transparent decisions, and measurable value. The Program Manager leads complex organizational changes, connecting strategy to execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring accountability for major initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience in governance frameworks, cross‑functional leadership, and managing multiple interdependent projects, along with strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills to deliver meaningful outcomes. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Translate enterprise objectives into program outcomes, KPIs, and benefits profiles; maintain a benefits realization plan and track progress to goals.
  • Ensuring program work remains aligned to approved priorities and is sequenced against capacity, dependencies, and readiness.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs across constituent projects; establish the coordinated plan and integrated milestone map.
  • Monitor performance against goals, dependencies, milestones, and budgets; publish dashboards and status at the cadence defined by governance.Apply tot his job
