The West Coast Calendar Assistant will develop and manage relationships with court reporters, ensuring jobs are covered correctly and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the court reporter experience – Develop and manage relationships with court reporters across all markets, ensuring every job is covered correctly and every reporter feels like part of the Steno team
  • Cross-functional and collaborative – Partners closely with Marketing, Operations, and internal leaders to develop programs that strengthen Steno's reputation as a top court reporting agency
  • Built for natural problem-solvers – You'll coordinate many moving parts across high-volume workflows while staying organized, composed, and relationship-focused

Skills

  • 1+ years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience
  • A hospitality mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfort picking up new systems quickly
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Prior court reporting agency experience is a big plus
