Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services through online chat
  • Resolving product issues and troubleshooting client concerns effectively via online chat
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating interactions in our system
  • Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information
  • Actively participating in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training

Key Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

+ Access to a computer or laptop meeting the following specifications: Minimum 8 GB RAM, 64-bit Operating System, 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher + Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and a locked door

Soft Skills:

+ Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a demanding environment + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Professional and well-groomed appearance + Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients

Education and Experience:

+ Diploma or GED equivalent + Minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute + Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
