English Trainer
With more than 10 years of experience delivering language services to people right across the globe, MyConnecting enjoys a deserved reputation as one of the most respected language teaching organizations. MyConnecting is currently seeking an ESL (English as Second Language) trainer to be part of our team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality ESL teaching programs to our clients on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating ESL learning catering to a broad range of client needs
- Delivering best educational practice aimed at developing language skills in learners
- Creating engaging and effective learner-centered lesson plans
- Assessing client progress and adjusting programs accordingly
Requirements:
- HSC and a degree in relevant fields
- Passion and motivation for ESL teaching and learning
- Experience in teaching professionals in ESL would be a major advantage
- Experience in online teaching will be a definite advantage
- Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Open time slots between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Mauritius Time) for conducting training sessions
