  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various projects.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and updates.
  • Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for improving healthcare services.
