Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information about class schedules, enrollment procedures, and academy policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the registration process for new students, including processing payments and updating student records in the academy's database.
  • Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations within the academy.
  • Maintain and update customer service records, tracking interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
