Job Title: Quality Specialist (V523) Department/Team: IKCA Quality Team (National Team) Reports To: Supervisor, IKCA National Team (Indirect reporting to Senior Manager, National IKC) Direct Reports: None (0)

Position Overview

The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in standardizing IKCA process and special project audits.  The role is responsible for quality review of all aspects of IKCA workflow.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Auditing & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive process audits for all IKCAs (Levels 1–4) to ensure strict compliance with standardized procedures.

  • Trend Identification: Collaborate closely with IKCA Supervisors and Senior IKCAs to identify audit trends, knowledge gaps, and areas for operational improvement.

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in critical data entry tasks, including TOC entries, immunization records, labs, and appointment updates.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Support cross-functional teams with national data initiatives such as proactive record retrieval, immunization and lab tracking.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Special Operations: Assist in Special Operations tasks as part of broader national team efforts and strategic initiatives.

  • Training & Development: Support training development for National Team needs.

Required Competencies & Qualifications

·         Advanced IKCA Experience highly preferred

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail paired with a highly process-oriented mindset.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with familiarity navigating data management tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Cerner).

  • Communication: Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Autonomy & Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and demonstrated success navigating change management.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proven leadership capabilities in identifying and driving process improvements.

  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.

  • Audit Expertise: Advanced understanding of audit methodologies and compliance standards.

  • Mentorship: Capacity to mentor peers, share best practices, and assist in leading team-wide initiatives.

The Wage Range for the role is $24.50 - $36.00 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
