IT Support Specialists

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by our employees. This includes hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

- Monitor and maintain network and telecommunication systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network systems

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems

- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data

- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes

- Train employees on proper use of IT systems and equipment

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of network security and firewalls

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
