Becklar is a leading company in SMART Critical Event Protection, utilizing advanced AI technology for monitoring and response services. They are seeking a Recruiter I to support their Operations teams by managing the full recruiting cycle, evaluating candidates, and enhancing the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full recruiting cycle for the Operations team, including Video and Alarm Dispatch Operators
  • Post job openings across job boards, internal platforms, and sourcing channels
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct thorough phone screens to assess qualifications and culture fit
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite and virtual interviews
  • Maintain detailed records of phone screens, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Manage and maintain ATS data integrity, ensuring all candidates are updated appropriately
  • Report recruiting metrics and hiring progress to HR leadership
  • Build relationships with team members to encourage employee referrals
  • Support and maintain campus recruiting efforts through career fairs and table events
  • Suggest and implement ongoing improvements to recruiting processes
  • Assist with office administration related to HR activities as needed
  • Plan and support team events that build rapport and uphold Becklar’s culture
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Work with the HR team to ensure Operators are licensed in the appropriate state. Track licenses, send licensing requirement notifications, and file applications

Skills

  • 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred, or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to assess candidates' values, attitudes, and behaviors
  • Comfort working under pressure in a changing environment
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Must live in the Greenville, SC area
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
  • 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred, or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
