Qualifications

  • Former school administrator, superintendent, or senior education leader
  • Deep understanding of Ohio's K-12 education landscape and established relationships with school leadership (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
  • Passion for youth mental health and equitable access to school-based services
  • Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote consulting role
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Compensation

  • Hourly contract position: up to 20 hours per month
  • Competitive hourly rate, based on experience:
  • $100/hour (consulting, outreach, and strategic guidance)
  • A $500 incentive will be awarded for each new school or district contract that is formalized and executed.
  • This incentive applies only to new partnerships and does not include schools or districts that are currently being served under existing agreements.

Commitment to Equity: We are committed to building inclusive mental health services and value diversity in our partnerships and team. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
