Partner Solutions Architect

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-26
We're building our partner delivery function from the ground up, and this role is where it starts. As our first Partner Solutions Architect, you won't be stepping into an established program - you'll be creating one. That means getting hands-on with partner implementations today to understand where the gaps are, and then building the frameworks that make those gaps disappear at scale. You'll work directly with the Solution Architects and technical leads at our Big 4 and SI partners - running architecture reviews, validating implementation approaches, and raising the technical bar. But the end goal isn't to be in every project forever. It's to build the technical infrastructure that lets partners deliver excellent implementations independently, without you in the room. The impact you will have:
  • Get hands on in partner-led implementations early: not as a permanent fixture, but to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be built
  • Design and own our partner technical framework: reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists that partners can apply independently
  • Recommend the enablement team and run a technical certification path that takes partner SAs from onboarded to self-sufficient - with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality checks during the build phase, with the explicit goal of making them partner-owned over time
  • Create the workshops, and best-practice documentation that become the foundation of how we scale delivery quality across the network
  • Feed field insights back into product and professional services teams to continuously sharpen our standards and close systemic gaps
What we look for:
  • 3+ years in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering - ideally in AP automation, finance transformation, or ERP ecosystems
  • A builder mentality: you're energized by creating structure where there isn't any, not just operating within it
  • Hands-on experience designing and reviewing E2E solution architectures in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AP, finance, or GBS processes; SAP or ERP integration experience is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and senior business audiences
  • Experience working with or within Big 4, global SI, or consulting partner environments
  • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback to senior partner resources - and turning that feedback into repeatable process
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (especially German)
  • We trust amazing people to do amazing things and make a long-term impact - we give you Freedom and ownership of meaningful work that directly impacts the business
  • Beyond a top market compensation, you will enjoy a unlimited vacation days, professional development activities, meal allowance, sporting activities and free beers as well as a hybrid working mode
  • We're building a positive organizational culture where personal and professional growth are just as important as business growth
  • We believe different perspectives make Hypatos a better community - that is why we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you feel you belong
