Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent Ideal for College Students, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls and customer service inquiries, scheduling appointments, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Schedule appointments for home repair companies
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin

• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• PC with at least Windows 7
• Dual monitors
• USB headset
• Consistent reliable high-speed Internet access
• Quiet dedicated workspace
