Job Summary: As the Facebook Ad Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. You will analyze campaign performance data to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across various objectives including awareness, traffic, conversion, and lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant demographics effectively.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with content and design teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs; analyze data to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize cost-efficiency and ad performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform updates, policies, and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to integrate Facebook ads with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong track record of successful results.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools.
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to create engaging ad copy and collaborate with design teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook advertising policies and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet campaign objectives efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
