About the Team

This role sits in our O/S department, home to the teams that support Parity’s growth, people, and operations.

Reporting into our Chief of Staff, Stuart Macdonald, you’ll be joining our Communications team. The team focuses on producing, coordinating, and distributing content across multiple channels, ensuring Parity’s messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across product, engineering, and brand initiatives.

About the Role

As a Content & Communications Associate, you will support the execution and coordination of content across multiple channels, working closely with the Content Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality communications.

What you’ll do

  • Draft and format content for social media, blog posts, and external communications

  • Support the creation and adaptation of technical and product-related content in collaboration with engineering and product teams

  • Assist in managing the content and social media calendar, ensuring timely publishing across channels

  • Coordinate content assets (copy, visuals, approvals) and publish updates across Parity’s platforms and website

  • Conduct research on industry trends, ecosystem developments, and competitors to support content planning

  • Support PR activities including press materials, media research, outreach coordination, and tracking media coverage

  • Track basic content performance metrics and support reporting on content effectiveness

Your skills

  • Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, structured content in English, including adapting tone for different audiences and channels

  • Experience working with or around technical subject matter, with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts

  • Evidence of managing multiple content tasks or workflows (e.g. content calendars, publishing schedules, coordination with stakeholders)

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final content outputs

  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through consistently accurate, well-structured written work

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Typefully)

  • Experience using tools such as Notion, Figma, or analytics dashboards

  • Experience supporting content performance tracking or reporting
