Senior Recruitment Officer

I. Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment activities both local hire and oversea hire to meet requirement of each department.
  • Responsible and support for development of recruitment strategy and recruitment & selection process to meet standard.
  • Build relationship with all reputable university, college and other NGO to promote the company image as employer of choice by hunting candidates or the outstanding students.
  • Prepare all offer letters for new hires Arrange all letter of confirmation, as transferring form, promotion form.
  • Handle and manage internal and external job announcement.
  • Responsible for screening candidates for all level of staffs if needed.
  • Ensure that all the information related to all applications are input into the database or recruitment system and besides all hard copies are properly maintained.
  • Ensure that recruitment mailbox and HR database is maintained properly.
  • Conduct the reference checking for all level of staffs.
  • Assist in managing and running career fair exhibition.
  • Regular update all employee profile in HRIS and raise area of customization to line manager.
  • Update regularly to line manager for weekly recruitment status and recruitment tracking tool.
  • This position is based in head office and subject to travel to provinces to help recruitment and selection.
  • Create/ looking new candidate pools Weekly visitation at business divisions in term of HR recruitment.
  • Subject to travel to provinces for recruitment and career event. 
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

II. Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferable in HRM Major 
  • At least 4+ experience in HR field as recruitment and selection Knowledge of Ms. Office and HR database/system is plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skill.
  • Proven record of talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to deal with interact at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong awareness of candidate pools Sensitive, flexible, teamwork, and accountability
  • Hold driving license and able to travel to the provinces. 
  • Cross culture and multitask awareness.
