The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering platform. You'll join one of our foundational Platform Engineering teams, dedicated to building and refining tools that power development across the company. As we scale rapidly, your work will drive essential features, optimize existing systems, and ensure our infrastructure meets the highest standards for performance and reliability. You'll have the opportunity to solve complex challenges, build scalable systems, and drive automation across a rapidly growing engineering organization.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle—from design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C# and .NET Core, applying best practices for maintainability and performance.

  • Build and enhance platform infrastructure through software development, enabling reliable and efficient engineering workflows.

  • Apply GitOps methodologies to streamline deployment processes and manage infrastructure as code.

  • Operate and optimize Kubernetes-based infrastructure, automating deployments using Helm Charts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support business and technical goals.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the growth of team capabilities.

  • Champion platform reliability and scalability through thoughtful architecture, tooling, and automation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on proficiency in C# and .NET Core.

  • Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and microservice architectures.

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in complex, distributed environments.

  • Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.

  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern deployment strategies like canary and blue-green deployments.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Knowledge of GitOps practices and infrastructure automation tools.

  • Experience writing and executing performance tests using tools such as K6, Gatling, Locust, JMeter, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.

  • Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog and the ELK stack is a plus.
