Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 9+ years,
  • Experience  as Product Owner in Agile environments
  • Must have Skills: Product Ownership, Product Planning and Roadmapping
  • Good To Have Skills SAFe
  • Strong experience in product backlog ownership, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, PRD/FRD
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar tools
  • Good understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Exposure to analytics, data-driven decision making, or AI-enabled products
  • Domain experience in retail, sales execution, or field force automation
  • Experience with mobile applications or digital platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to product goals and roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos
  • Track delivery progress and proactively flag risks or dependencies
  • Act as the first point of contact for feature-level clarifications during development
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activities
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
