Analyst - Change Management

The Change Management Analyst role focuses on driving technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technology solutions on time and within scope by managing the end-to-end lifecycle and implementing delivery frameworks tailored to business initiatives
- Act as a liaison between technology, product management and other departments facilitating transparency, communication, and marketing efforts to ensure effective implementation
- Help resolve impediments with internal departments to support the successful delivery of value in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Partner closely with the Product Management team to align roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
- Communicate progress, challenges and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and transparency
- Promote and implement the use of modern development tools and technologies including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD)
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on team performance, technical debt and progress
Skills
- Experience in change management and product marketing
- Strong background in technology delivery, project management, or product ownership
- Ability to partner closely with Product Management and business stakeholders
- Experience translating strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans
- Comfortable using metrics and KPIs to measure team performance, delivery velocity, and value realization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to senior leadership
