Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for renewable energy projects. Assist in the design, testing, and optimization of renewable energy systems. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and solve engineering problems. Support project managers in project planning, execution, and evaluation. Contribute to the development of project proposals and reports. Participate in site visits and inspections to gain hands-on experience. Attend meetings and training sessions to learn about industry standards and best practices. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and share ideas. Take initiative to learn new skills and technologies to enhance personal and professional development. Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks. Represent Valero Energy in a professional and positive manner. Support the company's commitment to sustainability and renewable energy by promoting responsible practices in all tasks and projects. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors.
