Are you a meticulous financial expert with a passion for data-driven strategy, seeking the flexibility of a remote role? Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Budget Analyst to join our expanding remote team, based out of Marine Parade, Singapore. As a Budget Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing our organizational budgets, playing a critical role in forecasting financial needs and ensuring fiscal responsibility. You will work closely with senior management to translate operational goals into financial plans, monitor budgetary performance against actual expenditures, and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain organizational budgets, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary financial data.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide detailed reports and explanations to management on a regular basis.
  • Conduct thorough financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic planning and long-term financial objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and analyses for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, recommending actionable strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting cycle, including planning, preparation, and review processes. Required Skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, financial planning tools).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications.
