Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. You will work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Make phone calls to our members to provide information and support
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the best possible service

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
