You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. ## Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Go the extra mile to engage customers. ## Years of Experience 0-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. ## Required Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools. * Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns. ## Additional Information We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
