Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our plan members through inbound calls, resolving issues, and answering questions about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Helping individuals understand their pharmacy benefit plans, including coverage, eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs
- Offering personalized solutions to improve our members' healthcare experience and outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Work Environment and Flexibility:
We offer the flexibility to work from home, assuming you meet our requirements. Our telecommute program includes:
- Maintaining your own internet connection with approved speed requirements

Preparation and Training:
We have an extensive preparation program to ensure your success in the role. This includes:
- Local training of approximately 1.5 months
- Hands-on learning with mentors, independent modules, and leadership commitment from day one
- Preparation area can vary depending on individual experience in on-site and WFH positions
Schedule and Availability:
We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Days off and hours may vary, and planned start times will change to accommodate business needs. Site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience interacting with clients (e.g., call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to issue settlements in a positive, constructive way
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction
- Unwavering commitment to consistency and adherence to scheduling principles
- Ability to show persistence and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
- Strong customer service skills, including pleasant phone behavior and excellent communication skills
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
