Corporate Fulfillment Specialist

Capitol Services is a leading provider of services to legal and financial professionals nationwide, seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. The role involves processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval, ensuring effective communication and maintaining accurate records throughout transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing
  • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing

  • Excellent communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You communicate in both a professional and friendly manner with coworkers, correspondents, and others

  • Positive attitude: You demonstrate a positive attitude. You are courteous and polite, especially when navigating through difficult conversations, problems, or complaints that may arise
  • Team player: You are able to work in both a team and independent setting. You tend to foster support and dependability towards your peers while also getting your individual tasks done within specific time constraints
  • Reliable: You are able to work during our regular business hours in our Austin location. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents
  • Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
