As a People Operations Partner, you will drive operations, support field teams, and enhance employee experiences while ensuring compliance and effective change management.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Resource: Be a trusted go-to for employees—answering questions, offering guidance, and supporting great employee experiences
  • Manager Coach: Partner with leaders to navigate people challenges, build confidence, and lead effectively
  • Performance-Focused: Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and growth plans that drive results
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and a people-first mindset
  • Change Management: Help leaders and teams navigate change with clear communication, structure, and support
  • HR Systems & Data: Leverage HR systems and people data to inform decisions, spot trends, and improve processes
  • SCA Expert: Serve as a subject-matter expert on People Ops programs, policies, and practices
  • HR Trainer: Deliver engaging training on HR topics, policies, and people best practices
  • Policy Adherence: Apply policies consistently while balancing business needs and employee experience
  • State & Federal Law: Use working knowledge of employment laws to support compliance and reduce risk
  • Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times

Skills

  • 1 year of HR Generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively across teams and departments to achieve shared goals
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality results
  • Anticipates challenges, identifies solutions, and adjusts to evolving business needs
  • Use working knowledge of employment laws to support compliance and reduce risk
  • Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences
  • Waste Management / Driver experience a plus
