Aston Carter Bilingual Customer Client Care Representative (Work From Home) in North York, Ontario
Our client, a large healthcare network, is currently hiring for bilingual (English and French) client care representatives to join their team on a work from home basis! This role serves as the first point of contact for Members that have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) through their employer. An employee assistance program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. Duties: Inbound calls supporting the Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) on the clinical side. Will be taking calls from members of the program looking for guidance on the different options they have (therapists, psychologists, etc.). Booking appointments for members calling in Taking crisis calls - members calling in maybe going through a mental health crisis, Agents need to be calm, collected, and able to take those types of calls Empathy is very important in this role as members calling in may be distressed, going through a tough time, or emotional. Agents must be fluent in French and English and must have great communication skills. Agents will be working with multiple screens and must be tech-savvy enough to multi task. Agents will be taking around 30-50 calls per day Previous experience in dealing with distressed or vulnerable clients in an Employee Assistance capacity. Previous experience in working in a service centre / call centre environment. Qualifications 1) Bilingual (French and English) 2) 1-2 Years of recent Customer Service experience (fast-paced call center, hospitality, Medical Setting) 3) Experience with MS Office, Internet browsers, etc. 4) Availability required Monday - Sunday (including Stat Holidays) 6:30 AM - 12 AM (8-hour shift) Shift Premium: 8 PM-11 PM: $23/hr Weekend: $23/hr Overnight: $24.30/hr (On a volunteer basis only) Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Great opportunity for recent HR grads to get their foot in the door into a large company.
