[Remote] Home Office - Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for scanning invoices, gathering approvals, coding construction invoices, and maintaining organization in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan invoices into the Accounts Payable system for verification, approvals, and coding
• Gather necessary approvals for invoices and follow up with approvers as needed
• Code construction invoices, ensuring accuracy in account codes, vendor codes, and due dates
• Track costs associated with property damage claims across various locations
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounts payable role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with accounts payable systems and invoice processing
• Familiarity with vendor statement reconciliation
• Previous experience in a team-oriented work environment
