They are seeking an Analyst II to serve as an Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator, focusing on facilitating accommodations, managing EEO inquiries, and providing training and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating reasonable and religious accommodations
  • Conducting discrimination complaint intake
  • Processing and tracking EEO inquiries
  • Coordinating and conducting EEO training
  • Providing EEO guidance to staff, supervisors, and managers
  • Providing consultation to the Executive Director
  • Special projects

  • Under the general supervision of the Chief, Office of Human Rights (OHR); and under direction of the Staff Service Manager I (SSM I)
  • The Analyst II serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator assigned to a Hospital
