They are seeking recent insurance graduates to join their New Grad Program, which provides comprehensive training and prepares them for a career as Claims Adjusters within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims with customers
  • Interpret policies, ensure the loss falls within coverage, and finalize the claim by following the established steps in the claims process
  • Recognize claims with irregularities and refer them for additional investigation

Skills

  • Recent Post-Secondary Education specializing in an Insurance program
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Insurance Adjusting
  • The availability to join our New Graduate Program in May 2026
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
