  • Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Perform audience research, keyword targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to boost ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key metrics (like CTR, CPC, CPA,ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine campaigns to maximize conversions and improve ROAS.
  • Provide insightful, actionable reports for both the marketing team and clients.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with creative teams to develop creative ad visuals that captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals.

Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends,platform updates and best practices.
  • Perform competitive research to identify new opportunities.
  • Implement fresh strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and client branding standards.
  • Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and consistency.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in PPC Strategies, bid management, and audience targeting
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent ad copywriting and data analysis abilities

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with remarketing, display ads and programatic advertising
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools (like Go High Level) and marketing automation
  • Basic understanding of SEO to align paid and organic efforts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
