Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist II

The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist II will partner with teams to provide timely and accurate financial analysis, support business decisions, and manage rebate programs among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze FOH and capital expenditures, investigate variances, and deliver monthly financial reports to business partners to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop FOH and capital targets during planning cycles (Business Plan, Estimated Actuals, Trend, Forecast)
  • Perform quarterly provision analysis to determine reserves for discounts and concessions, ensuring accurate allocation aligned with sales forecasts and financial objectives
  • Manage dealer and customer rebate programs by validating eligibility, reviewing qualifying units, and initiating payment requests in compliance with company policies
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to assigned areas
  • Participate in strategic projects that advance DTNA business goals and operational efficiency
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Ad hoc analysis to support the Sales Controlling team
  • Promote and uphold Culture and Belonging principles in all team interactions and decision-making process

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with focus in accounting/finance or related field and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to prepare and interpret variance reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews
  • Experience in consolidation of FOH reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Present the financial story to senior executives
  • Ability to organize and meet multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment with focus on attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-Motivated to perform at the highest level and produce the best deliverables
  • Develop a network of collaborations across multiple functional areas
  • Produce timely and accurate, financial decks
  • SAP/CbFC system knowledge
  • Proven track record of improving processes and challenging the status quo
  • Tagetik or similar reporting tool
