[Remote] Collections Representative (KS)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking full-time Collections Representatives to join a growing collections team focused on medical collections. The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to assist them in resolving outstanding debts respectfully and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
• Assist consumers in resolving outstanding debt with dignity and respect
• Maintain reliability and adherence to a set schedule
• Engage with multiple consumers daily while demonstrating active listening and empathy
• Transition to new financial services collections as the program expands

Skills

• Experience working with customers to resolve challenging situations
• Professional communication skills suited for conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage remotely with consistent attendance, especially during training
• Private workspace and reliable, fast internet meeting organizational standards
• Medical or other bill collection experience is a plus but not required
