[Remote] Client Connection Coordinator

Hembree Bell Law, PLLC is a fast-growing family law firm committed to helping clients through difficult situations with care and professionalism. They are seeking a Client Connection Coordinator to ensure effective communication with clients, manage leads, and support the intake team in delivering a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make sure every caller is connected, helped, or properly placed on hold — no one gets left behind
• Collaborate closely with our intake team and marketing director to keep leads moving forward
• Keep our HubSpot CRM clean and up to date by merging duplicates and maintaining accurate records
• Support the intake team by staying on top of daily call flow and client communications
• Attend biweekly intake team meetings to share insights, review progress, and help improve processes
• Provide a friendly, professional, and reassuring first impression for everyone who reaches out to our firm

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner
• Ability to work independently and stay engaged in a remote setting
• A genuine desire to help people and make their experience smooth and supportive
• Remote in TX, FL, or MA
• Experience in intake, sales, or as a receptionist is preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
