Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales Representative, Hawaii
Spectrum provides superior communication and entertainment products for residential and business customers. The Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales Representative will manage the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, support the sales team, and ensure budgeted sales goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals
- Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned
- Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work
- Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payment
- Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc
- Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
Skills
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Knowledge of Community Sales practices
- Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance
- Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
- Sales experience - 1+
- Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Company products and services preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+
