Institutional Custody Admin
UMB Bank is a financial institution providing custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. The Client Service Administrator position supports these clients by handling inquiries, processing requests, and driving client strategies while working collaboratively within the team.
Responsibilities
- You will field client inquires and serve as the primary contact for assigned custody clients to process any requests and provide the highest level of customer service
- You will use Excel for tracking and reporting purposes and use Custody processing systems to enter wire transactions, trades, and other money movements
- You will partner with internal teams to drive client strategies and ensure client requests are satisfied
Skills
- You have a minimum of one (1) year prior experience working in Financial Services (or equivalent experience) in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
